​Yes, Portside Villas is a proud pet-friendly community! We understand that pets are family, which is why our pet-friendly apartments in Ingleside welcome up to two pets per apartment home. While we do not have a weight limit, we do have certain breed restrictions and require a pet interview and up-to-date vaccinations. ​Portside Villas provides convenient on-site parking for our residents to ensure coming home is always stress-free. While we offer ample standard parking, we do not currently feature on-site EV charging stations. However, our prime location on TX-361 puts you just minutes away from local amenities and charging hubs in the surrounding area.
